Homebank plc have implemented the LaserFiche EDM solution from Crusader Technologies for its main offices in Northampton . The key is to offer customer satisfaction and this is now being archived by accessing client files in a more efficient manner. They capture, search and retrieve within seconds rather then having to go down to the archive and root around to find the clients files.

Homebank also employed Crusader to scan the archive. A huge job but now they have most of the clients records held in an electronic format.
