Our Stand-Alone solutions offer robust intuitive document management in a single user environment. An environment which can grow with your needs right through the enterprise. You can scan, import and OCR both images and electronic documents. Once your documents are in the system you can retrieve them quickly and easily through structured database searches or through free text searches.

Publish parts of your archive to your colleagues and others by creating CDs with segments of the archive and with a copy of the software so that your colleagues can access the documents in exactly the same way. All they need to view your archive at the other end is a PC running Windows 98 or above.
